Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented
Wellness Concierge to welcome guests and support daily reception operations at Rosewood Saigon.
You will be responsible for creating a warm and professional guest experience, managing appointments, introducing wellness services, and supporting customers throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Reception & Customer Service
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available services.
Introduce services, promotions, and suitable offerings to guests.
2. Appointment & Booking Management
Manage and coordinate customer bookings and appointments.
Confirm and update booking information accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest service.
3. Daily Operations
Support reception and front desk operations.
Ensure the reception area and guest experience are maintained to a professional standard.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
Previous experience in
Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, Hospitality, Beauty, Spa or Wellness is an advantage.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Able to work on a shift-based schedule and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
