About the Project
BlueOC Tech is looking for a ReactJS Developer to join a project for a Canadian client in the Education domain. You will work with an international team to develop and enhance web-based products that support learning, education operations, and user experiences at scale.
This role is suitable for a developer who has strong ReactJS fundamentals, communicates confidently in English, and takes high ownership of product quality and delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript.
Collaborate closely with the client and internal team to clarify requirements, discuss technical solutions, and deliver high-quality features.
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Work with APIs and backend teams to ensure smooth integration and reliable data flow.
Identify potential technical issues proactively and propose practical solutions.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring progress, quality, and timely delivery.
Contribute ideas to improve product usability, development processes, and engineering standards.

Required Skills and Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in Frontend Development, with strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, web development principles, and modern frontend architecture.
Solid experience with React, Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, and reusable component-based development.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and commonly used CSS libraries/frameworks.
Familiar with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Good understanding of fundamental IT concepts, including:
Data Structures and Algorithms
Database concepts
Programming techniques and clean code practices
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems with efficient and scalable solutions.
Strong English communication skills, especially speaking and discussion in meetings with international clients.
High sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Experience working directly with overseas clients is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Experience in Education, EdTech, SaaS, or product development is an advantage.
Willing to join daily meetings with the Canadian client at around 8:00 PM (Vietnam time).
