Process Quality Assurance (PQA)

- Monitor and ensure project processes comply with company standards and quality procedures.
- Audit project activities, documentation, and deliverables to maintain high quality standards.
- Identify risks, gaps, and process non-compliance; propose improvement solutions.
- Work closely with Project Managers and teams to ensure proper process implementation.
- Track and report quality metrics, project health, and compliance status.
- Participate in building, improving, and standardizing internal processes.
- Support teams in adopting best practices (Agile/Scrum, SDLC, etc.).
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience in QA, PQA, or Software Process Management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality standards.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ISO/CMMI or process frameworks is a plus.
- Good at speaking English is plus.
