R&D Engineer

Nghiên cứu và phát triển:

- Nhận bản vẽ, review design, thiết kế khuôn, jig, đồ gá, socket, board bảng mạch để các công đoạn sử dụng.

- Chuẩn bị material (sensor/lens/tấm lọc hồng ngoại/vcm/ois/flex) theo các build phát triển.

- Review tiêu chuẩn khách hàng và phản hồi.

- Review thiết kế và đưa ra khó khăn, giải pháp, tối ưu hoá cho công đoạn, cho material.

- Học hỏi chuyên sâu, tìm hiểu về material, đặc điểm, tính năng, các loại lỗi có thể xảy ra, ảnh hưởng của các loại nguyên vật liệu, môi trường test.

- Phân tích, cải tiến khi có lỗi xảy ra.

- Làm việc trực tiếp với kĩ sư Hàn Quốc, khách hàng thông qua các báo cáo, cuộc họp

- Quản lý dự án, phối hợp cùng Process Team, MFG Team, PE Team

Yêu cầu công việc

• No experience requirement

• Good Command of English Communication

• University Graduation with major of Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electric, etc

• MS Office Fluency

• Able to work under pressure.
