R&D Engineer

Research & develop electrical cabinet products (MV/LV switchboards, control panels).
Design and create 3D models & technical drawings using SolidWorks / Creo / Revit.
Develop metal sheet structures for electrical cabinets based on technical requirements.
Collaborate with production to ensure design feasibility & manufacturability.
Improve existing designs for cost optimization, quality, and performance.
Prepare technical documents, BOM, and support project implementation.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in mechanical design or R&D (preferred in electrical cabinet industry).
Strong skills in 3D CAD (SolidWorks / Creo / Revit).
Experience in sheet metal design is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of electrical cabinets / switchboards is highly preferred.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good command of English or Chinese (ability to use either language effectively in the workplace).
