Organize and implement production plans and manage machine targets to achieve the set performance, quality, and delivery schedule.
Implement and monitor compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Manage and allocate personnel according to production targets.
Organize pre-production meetings for team training and distribute production materials as required.
Manage factory machinery and facilities.
Manage worker safety.
Handle incidents and issues related to machinery/products/quality/delivery schedules.
Report work progress to superiors.
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD.
Other duties will be discussed.

Graduated from University with majoring: Electronics, technical, engineer.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company (Preference working in electronics companies).Language: ChineseGood at Excel.
Good at Communication.
