Import - Export Specialist (Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu)

Documentation Management: Prepare and handle all necessary shipping documents, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (C/O), and Insurance Certificates.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and trucking companies to schedule shipments, track cargo, and ensure timely delivery.
Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit customs declarations (using software like ECUS/VNACCS). Resolve any issues or inspections required by customs authorities.
Compliance: Ensure all import/export activities comply with international trade laws, HS Code classifications, and tax regulations.
Procurement & Negotiation: Negotiate freight rates and service terms with logistics providers to optimize costs.
Payment Tracking: Coordinate with the Accounting department to manage Letters of Credit (L/C), Telegraphic Transfers (T/T), and other payment methods.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments and provide weekly/monthly reports to the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Import/Export, etc.
At least 5 years of experience in the import/export field.
Proficient in Chinese or English.
Good Excel skills.
