Quality System Engineer

Work Location:

- Nhơn Trạch II Industrial Park - Đồng Nai (New Factory Project)

Duties and responsibilities:

1. QMS internal audit & management review

- Lead and execute internal audits, including developing audit plans, scheduling audit activities, conducting on-site audits, documenting findings

- Collaborate with cross-function teams (R&D, NPI&MP Engineering, MFG etc.) to identify Root Cause and provide corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), then to do verification till closed

- Coordinate for the Quality management review

2. Customer/ISO external audit

- Prepare for customer visit, including production line preparation and visit activities coordination.

- Coordinate and work with cross-function teams to prepare ISO external audit, including production line, auditees, and interact with external auditors during audit.

- Follow up audit findings and collaborate with cross-function teams to provide RCCA till closed.

3. Others:

- Conduct QMS training for employees to enhance quality awareness, ensure understanding of QMS requirements.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS operation, stay updated on the latest ISO standards and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in in Quality Engineering or a related technical field

2. Working Experience

• 3~5 years of experience as a Quality System Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing, electronics, or technology company.

• Proven experience in leading internal audits and coordinating external ISO audits is mandatory.

• Familiarity with QMS documentation control, 8D approach, and quality audit methodologies.
