QUALITY SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and manage the QC team to ensure product quality in backpacks, school bags, tool bags, travel bags, trolleys, etc.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to meet company standards and buyer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Identify quality issues, provide solutions, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Prepare QC reports and communicate with management and customers.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customers’ specifications.
• Train and support QC staff to improve technical knowledge and inspection skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Textile, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within the garment industry, backpacks, school bags.
• Strong knowledge of garment inspection, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
