Job Description:

- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies for electric vehicles and related products.

- Establish and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product quality and operational efficiency.

- Develop training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills among team members.

- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.

- Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).

- Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and initiatives.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
