Quality Engineer (ID 20083) - $700

Project Quality Management:Establish and monitor quality standards for plastic or electronic components throughout the production lifecycle.
Client Relations:Act as the primary point of contact for technical quality issues with US-based customers via email, video conferences, or face-to-face meetings.
Process Control:Monitor defect rates, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Documentation:Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP), and periodic quality reports.
Continuous Improvement:Lead Kaizen initiatives and apply quality management tools (7 QC Tools, 5 Core Tools, etc.) to optimize costs and enhance product quality.
Auditing:Participate in internal quality management system audits and supplier evaluations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Male/Female, under 35 years old.
College Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 01 year of experience in quality management specifically related to plastic components or electronic components.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
