QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (Vest/Suit)

Lead quality management activities for Vest/Suit products from product development through bulk production.
Review technical packages, construction details, workmanship standards, and establish quality criteria for tailored garments.
Provide technical guidance to Development, Production, and QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
Work directly with international customers to align quality standards, garment appearance, and workmanship requirements.
Monitor factory quality performance and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, coach, and develop the QC team while building a strong quality culture across the factory.
Work location: Northern Area.
Minimum
5 years of experience in a Quality Control Manager or equivalent role within the garment industry.
Extensive experience in Vest/Suit is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring techniques, sewing processes, fitting, and workmanship standards for premium apparel.
Hands-on experience in product development, technical review, and factory quality management.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international customers and technical teams.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Willing to travel to factories when required.
