Quality Assurance Specialist - Content Moderation

- WE NEED YOU: Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate UGC (User Generated Content) content quality on the e-commerce platform from agent.
- Conduct root cause analyses to improvement for UGC content quality, and provide summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain an understanding of Client policies and community guidelines in order to identify opportunities for optimization on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure consistent content quality throughout the E-commercial ecosystem, manage BPO performance to achieve KPIs of productivity.

- At least 1-year experience in QA position.
- Communication English skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills – Analytical, able to analyze data and draw insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Innovative and able to influence others.
- Able to work night shift.
