QS Engineer

1. Civil QS works with in-depth comprehension of Metro/Underground project scope

2. Management of Variation Orders & Claims (valuation, substantiation, cost/time impact)

3. Interface & coordination with the Employer, Engineer, and relevant authorities

4. Public complaint handling and community/stakeholder liaison

5. Preparation of meeting materials, claim & variation reports, correspondence

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (qualified to Senior Civil QS level)

- Minimum 10 years experience in Construction Field (Civil infrastructure experience is MANDATORY)

- Proven experience in Variation & Claim management under FIDIC conditions

- Experience in Employer/Engineer coordination & public complaint handling

- High software knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word,...
