QMS Engineer - District 9

This engineer will take charge of Quality system management. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for implements and maintains quality system and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Implements and maintains company quality systems in compliance with TTI, ISO 9001, C-TPAT, and UL requirements
Conduct/ organize quality programs including internal/external audit Perform audit activities, including pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation, and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.
Assist functional departments with the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans to improve quality compliance.
Work with cross-function to establish quality requirements.
Familiar with QMS software like HQMS, and Redcert to set up and monitor new programs to support QMS such as Document Control, Deviation, Specification Management, Non-conformance, Product Declarations, Change Management, etc...
To conduct product and service risk assessment to control and mitigate potential new risks
Establish SOP procedures and processes to close the gaps; develop quality documents and deploy quality system processes.
Provide training and guide all procedures and processes according to QMS, ISO, C-TPAT, and UL for implementation.
Communicate between different plants and sites to ensure copy-smart philosophy is followed.
Education:
College above and majored in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Science
Experience:
Minimum year in Quality System Management field
Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of QMS and auditing skills
Functional Skills:
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015. Qualify ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor
ISO 14001, ISO 18001, C-TPAT, UL, Certified Auditor is preferred.
Good English, written and spoken, and strong communication skills.
Good team player with a positive approach
Other Abilities:
A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives.
