QC Supervisor

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Minimum
5 years of experience in a CNC machining environment, including supervisory/ leadership experience.
Experience working under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
Deep understanding of 5 core tools and AQL rules: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
Proficient in reading technical drawings, ISO 2768, GD&T, and using precision measurement tools and inspection methods.
Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality tools (5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CMM and familiarity with CMM software.
Experience with the SAP system
Detail-oriented and organized with good documentation practices (GDP)
Proficiency in English
Strong leadership and ability to work in cross-functional team management skills
Excellent communication
Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
