• Responsible for ensuring parts are painted/enameled properly according to specifications while meeting all quality standards.

• Perform required quality checks including 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections.

• Perform Lab checking and analysis following company procedure.

• Record inspection results and document any defects or process errors.

• Run root cause analysis when a product fails quality tests.

• Implement other allowable tasks assigned by line manager.

• Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3+ year experience of the powder coating or enamel applied to glass, ceramics, and most common metals.

• Background on Mechanical

• Good knowledge of Quality management system and analysis.

• Creative thinking and quality solving principles (8D reports, 5-Why analysis…)

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good English
