QC & Productivity Improvement Specialist (Apparel/ ENG) - 28646

- Perform QC activities and quality inspections based on practical hands-on experience at sewing factories.
- Analyze daily production workflows and line performance to improve factory productivity.
- Check and review garment patterns, Technical Packs (TP), and design specifications before and during production.
- Make necessary technical adjustments to garment patterns and specifications in order to elevate product quality and optimize construction.
- Monitor factory compliance with quality standards and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify defect root causes and establish effective corrective and preventive action plans with factory management.
- Provide technical guidance and quality control training to factory line operators and QC teams.
- Evaluate sample garments and pilot run outputs to ensure alignment with approved production standards.
- Prepare detailed quality audit reports, inspection logs, and productivity evaluation summaries for department management.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the manager.

- Bachelor's degree
- English: Intermediate Level
- At least 3 years of practical experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a garment or sewing factory
