Qc Manager - Modular products

Company Overview

Our client is a newly established foreign-invested manufacturer specializing in modular and prefabricated construction solutions.

The new manufacturing facility in Hung Yen is being developed to produce high-quality modular solutions for export to Australia and New Zealand, with two main product lines: Modular Space Pods, Bathroom Pods

This is a greenfield manufacturing project with an initial expansion plan of more than 100 employees and an annual production capacity exceeding 10,000 units, offering an excellent opportunity to build systems, establish processes and scale a new manufacturing operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Develop quality standards, SOPs and inspection procedures.

• Manage incoming, in-process and final inspections.

• Lead root cause analysis, CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.

• Support customer audits and quality reviews.

• Train production and QC teams on quality standards.

• Work closely with Engineering and Production to improve product quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.

• Experience with steel framing, modular products, prefabrication, furniture, building materials or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools.

• Experience working with international customers.

• Good English communication.

• Familiar with ERP systems.

• Factory setup experience is an advantage.
