QC Line Leader

Responsible for daily management of the QC team, including manpower planning and shift scheduling.
Supervise the execution of incoming, in‑process, and outgoing inspections.
Ensure correct implementation of inspection standards and work instructions on site.
Handle on‑site quality issues, provide timely feedback, and follow up on corrective and improvement actions.
Review inspection records and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Coach, train, and evaluate QC inspectors to improve performance and inspection capability.
Manage inspection tools and equipment to ensure proper use and good condition.
Cooperate with QE and Production teams to support quality improvement activities and audits.
At least 2 years of experience in QC or quality inspection; experience in team or shift management is a plus.
Familiar with in‑process and outgoing inspection procedures and quality standards.
Able to read and understand SIPs; proficient in commonly used inspection tools and inspection methods.
Strong on‑site problem‑solving skills and good personnel coordination ability.
Strong sense of responsibility, good principles, and strong execution capability.
Able to work shifts.
Lanague: basic English /or Chinese communication skill
