Tuyển dụng QAQC LEADER tại Đồng Nai

- Manage, assign, supervise, train, and evaluate the QAQC team.
- Implement and improve QMS, ISO, inspection standards, and quality procedures.
- Control quality of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints, non-conformances, CAPA, and audit requirements.
- Monitor supplier quality and corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports and improvement plans for BOD.
- Lead compliance, audit, and 5S activities across the factory.
- Perform other tasks assigned by BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in metal fabrication, including at least 3 years in management.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes: laser cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, and quality control.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, and 5S.
- Experience with customer audits and quality systems.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and ability to work under high pressure.
