QA Team Leader

1. Quality Assurance activities

• Ensure all Food products safe;

• Improvement of procedures, regulations, and forms;

2. Handle non-conforming product issues

• Understand production process and make a plan to control quality from pre-production to finished products;

• Investigate and monitor and resolve complaints related to food safety issues of products at the store (RCA, CAPA….).

3. Supporting Supplier

• Visit factories in case of need to collaborate with them to solve quality issues;

• Evaluate factory.

4. Testing

• Evaluate steady of product by a product monitoring program;

• Understand clearly about food safety law;

• Handle testing (water test, food test, test shelf-life…).

5. Rules & Regulations

• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations;

• Check, monitor, remind and guide OFC to follow the rules and regulations.

6. Other duties

• Others tasks or responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
