Tuyển dụng QA Safety / QHSE Vice Manager tại Long An

Lead and standardize Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Audit, and Process Compliance activities across three warehouse operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

QA & Food Safety

• Manage ISO 22000, HACCP, and food safety programs.

• Monitor hygiene, temperature control, pest control, storage conditions, and contamination risks.

• Handle quality issues, customer complaints, and customer-specific requirements.

Safety Management

• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.

• Monitor PPE compliance and warehouse safety conditions.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.

Audit & Compliance

• Develop and standardize SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and forms.

• Monitor process compliance across warehouses.

• Lead internal, customer, and certification audits.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage CAPA programs.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze recurring issues and drive preventive actions.

• Support 5S and employee training programs.

• Partner with Operations and IT to improve processes through data and automation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA, QHSE, Food Safety or Occupational Safety.

• Experience as Vice Manager, Team Leader or PIC.

• Practical experience in Audit, RCA, CAPA, Risk Assessment and SOP management.

• Good knowledge of ISO 22000 / HACCP. Knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 is an advantage.

• Experience in Cold Storage, Cold Chain, Food Logistics, Food Manufacturing, 3PL/Warehousing is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, coordination and follow-up skills.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Working-level English and good Microsoft Office skills.
