QA/QC Technician, Paint & Coating

As a QA/QC Technician, Paint & Coating, you will support paint and cosmetic quality inspection for bicycle frames, forks, and components. You will work closely with suppliers and the Specialized Quality team to check product appearance, record paint defects, support pilot builds, and help improve paint process consistency.

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in manufacturing quality, paint/coating, automotive paint, industrial coating, or cosmetic inspection who wants to build deeper expertise in premium bicycle quality.

- Inspect paint and cosmetic quality on frames, forks, and small parts

- Record defects clearly using photos, inspection data, and reports

- Support pilot builds, FAI, sample checks, color matching, masking, and decal placement

- Follow inspection checklists and quality control requirements

- Support supplier corrective actions by collecting data and tracking follow-up items

- Check basic paint process conditions such as surface finish, paint thickness, and curing

- Escalate recurring defects, abnormal conditions, or quality risks to the Paint Quality Engineer / Manager

- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Industrial Technology, or related field

- 1+ year of experience in QA/QC, manufacturing inspection, paint/coating, automotive paint, industrial coating, or related production environment

- Good attention to detail and strong visual inspection ability

- Basic understanding of paint, coating, surface finish, decals, or cosmetic quality is preferred

- Able to prepare simple inspection reports and communicate issues clearly

- Basic English communication; Chinese is a plus

- Willing to travel to supplier sites

- Based in or able to commute to Bình Dương / nearby areas such as Thủ Dầu Một, Bến Cát, or surrounding industrial zones
