Qa Part Leader

QMS – Quality Management System: Control of process, instruction, form.
Prepare/Respond to the 3rd party QMS Audit.
Prepare/Respond to the customer QMS Audit.
Monitor and report on quality control performance metrics.
Basic knowledge: Cpk, MSA, control plan, PFMEA.
Basic knowledge: Calibration measuring equipment and ISO 17025 is advantage.
HR management: Training Planning and control.
Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures.
Training record & Certificate control.
Project management: New item review (Drawing/Specification) with GD&T requirement.
Understanding about international standard: ISO, ASTM, ASME, …Qualification of new product and new measuring equipment.
Product Quality Plan, PPAP Management.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials.
Review customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action.
NC Control: Control of NCR (Monitoring, Follow up, etc.).Nonconformance product.

Strong document management and version control skills.
Good communication skills; able to work effectively in teams and independently.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to read mechanical drawings is an advantage.
Good data consolidation and report-writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
English proficiency for communication or document reading (preferred but not mandatory).College or University degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, Document Control, or manufacturing is preferred.
Priority given to candidates with experience in mechanical manufacturing, wind energy, steel structures, or coating environments.
