Purchasing Staff

Job Description

• Get quotation, update master data, control master data on system

• Issue PO to suppliers, control delivery, control stock

• Make payment request to suppliers

• Deal with quality & quantity issue, issue debit note/ credit note to supplier

• Set up new supplier (if any)

• GRN/ adjust stock/ transfer stock (if any)

• Co-operate with WH to make sure cargo with enough information, inventory report matching with system, …

• Co-operate with Log/ PC staff to make sure shipment arranged timely, …

• Co-operate with other departments to get the work smoothly

• Other tasks as department manager & GD’s request

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University (Faculty of Economics, Business, … is preferable)

• Have knowledge about purchasing jobs/procurement for at least 2 years (Electronics components is an advantage)

• Good at system control, Excel file, Powerpoint

• English from level B for 4 skills

• Ability to work under high pressure
