Purchasing Specialist

Control MRP (Material Requirement Planning) results and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.
Follow up with and expedite suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in support of production and project requirements.
Check import document, Work with EXIM dept to Ensure complete document before goods arrived.
Handle the entire process for NG materials.
Monitor and process supplier payments.
Caculated and propose Safety Stock, MOQ (Routine review).
Control all document according to ISO require.
Coordinate with the Sourcing team and internal departments to ensure a smooth supply chain flow.
Other duties assigned by Manager.
Graduated from college/university related to business administration, economics, supply chain, logistics, international trade, etc.
At least 1 year of experience in a related position, such as Purchasing or Material Management.
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge and skill of Excel, Word, PPT
Negotiation, analysis and communication skills
Communication skill by English or Chinese
