Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for Purchasing Specialist is responsible for overseeing oversea purchase order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate Logistics and payment processing. This role focuses on order follow-up, shipment coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. The position plays a key role in maintaining supplier performance, mitigating delivery risks, and supporting quality resolution in cooperation with SQE, Planning, Warehouse activity.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH (MAIN DUTIES):

1 Delivery Control :

• Monitor and follow up on oversea purchase orders to ensure on-time production and shipment.

• Track delivery schedules and proactively manage potential delays or risks.

2 Payment & shipping document :

• Coordinate and follow up on international payment processes (T/T, L/C, etc.) in accordance with contractual terms.

• Review and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance with trade terms and internal requirements.

3 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key sourcing interface between suppliers and internal teams

• Align sourcing decisions with technical, quality, and business requirements

• Support issue resolution during development and production ramp-up

4 Supplier Performance & Improvement

• Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness

• Drive continuous improvement and long-term supplier collaboration

Mức độ phù hợp và xếp hạng của bạn so với ứng viên khác như thế nào?

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.

• 5–7 years of experience in international purchasing, order management, or supply chain operations.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), capable of direct communication with oversea suppliers. Chinese is a plus

• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international trade procedures, and payment terms (L/C, T/T, etc.).

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and risk management skills.
