PURCHASING OFFICER

Issue purchase orders to factories/suppliers and confirm pricing, delivery timelines, and order terms.
Follow up and manage orders from PO issuance until goods are shipped successfully.
Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely product information updates.
Work with the Production team to ensure materials and products are delivered according to production schedules.
Monitor shipment and delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Identify and report critical issues related to orders, production, or delivery delays to relevant teams and management promptly.
Conduct costing analysis and manage product costs to maintain company profit targets.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, and pricing concerns.
Maintain strong relationships with factories and suppliers to support smooth purchasing operations.
Qualifications & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.
Knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier management, and production costing.
Understanding of indoor and outdoor furniture products is an advantage.
Familiarity with shipping, logistics, and import/export processes.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Merchandise roles.
Skills & Competencies
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good time management and organizational abilities.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
