Purchasing Officer

• Conduct purchasing activities (small to medium value) independently including all related works from the inquiry, throughout the whole order process up to delivery and including after order activities (claims, etc.)
• Conduct import/export, logistics activities (small to medium value) independently including all related works from the inquiry, throughout the whole order process up to delivery and including after order activities (claims, etc.)
• Collect market price information for materials and transportation services and create overviews about price developments
• Assist in enlarging the supplier database
• Communication and order processing with suppliers, forwarders, customs agents and others
• Support the regional thyssenkrupp's purchasing activities
• Handle domestic and international shipments (planning, paperwork, follow-up)
• Any other task as instructed by the Line Manager 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor/Master degree in economics or commerce
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in purchasing position
• Good knowledge of relevant domestic and/ or international law for purchasing contracts
• Experiences in customs clearance and other export-related works
• Experiences in general logistics procedures (shipping arrangements domestic and international)
• Familiar with SAP/MM software is an advantage
• Good negotiation skills
• Fluent in English communication
• Computer literacy (MS office)
• Ability to work well within a team and across international organizations
• Strong level of resilience, tenacity, flexibility and initiative
