Purchasing Manager (Urgent)

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing strategy, supplier development, and procurement operations for a multinational manufacturing company. This position plays a critical role in ensuring competitive cost, product quality, supply continuity, and supplier innovation while partnering closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams (Bus provided from Ha Noi & Vinh Phuc)

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for materials, components, and services.

• Identify, evaluate, develop, and manage strategic suppliers.

• Lead supplier negotiations and drive cost reduction initiatives.

• Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement programs covering quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through supplier selection, technical sourcing, and supplier readiness.

• Manage supply risks and ensure business continuity.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• At least 8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain within manufacturing companies.

• Must have experience in Automotive industry or Plastics Parts.

• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.

• Strong experience in supplier development, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.

• Experience in manufacturing industries involving technical products, engineered components, or advanced materials is highly preferred.

• International sourcing experience is an advantage.

• Fluent English communication.

• Familiar with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
