Tuyển dụng Purchasing Executive (7 Month contract) (Working in Hung Yen) tại Hà Nội

1. Sourcing suitable suppliers based on inquiry and orders.

2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best offer available within time constraints of the requirements.

3. Monitor on-time delivery and leverage vendor’s performance and product quality.

4. Maintain integrity of master data and purchasing planning parameters.

5. Monitor, track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ performance on delivery, quality, and service.

6. Report tracking and control of inventory levels and reliability of inventory

Working at Makino’s Hung Yen factory, located in Yen My Industrial park, Yen My commune, Hung Yen province

Working hours: 7:45 AM- 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 3-5 years working experience in well-established the assembly/ manufacturing companies in Vietnam

2. Graduating from University/College major in economics, foreign trade, etc.

3. Customer service oriented.

4. Knowledge or experience in purchasing, logistics is an advantage.

5. Knowledge or experience in using SAP system is an advantage.

6. Able to communicate in English.

7. Problem solving and analytical skills.

8. Honest, enthusiastic, good communication with customers

9. Good computer skills and associated software Female candidates are preferred
