Purchasing Executive

- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies.

- Research potential suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

- Coordinate with management to accurately determine material requirements.

- Propose process improvement solutions to minimize waste and optimize productivity.

- Track and evaluate the quality, turnover, and cost of all materials.

- Manage the distribution of supplies across the organization.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure consistent material availability.

Coordinate daily purchasing activities and assign tasks effectively.

Collaborate with management to develop accurate demand forecasting plans.

Supervise, mentor, and support subordinates and new team members.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of procurement activities, quantities, and supplier data.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

- Prior experience in manufacturing procurement is preferred (Fresher/Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).

- Good understanding of supply chain and logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

- Sharp analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

- Strong planning and organizational skills.

- Robust critical thinking and strong negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently
