Purchasing

Responsibility 1: Handle purchasing work
- Make a purchase when receiving a request from the dept/store: check information about the purchase request; find the right contractor/supplier; select the best contractor/supplier through price/bidding comparison; get approval for contractor/suppliers selection;
- Negotiate, draft and submit to sign contracts, make payment procedures, Store purchase records;
- Monitor the delivery and receipt of goods, progress of implementation, indirectly check the quality of goods / quality of maintenance services with related stores / departments and support to solve problems (if any);
Responsibility 2: Consolidate contractor lists and improve work quality
- Evaluate old contractors/ suppliers to eliminate substandard contractors/ suppliers. Find more new contractors/ suppliers to improve competitiveness, ensure purchase with good price, good quality;
- Manage the list of contractors/ suppliers within the scope of responsibility;
- Survey the market to learn more new contractors, new suppliers to improve the efficiency of purchasing;
- Make the good relationship with contractors/ suppliers.
Responsibility 3: General support for the Department / Store and fulfill the request of the superior.
- Support in making contracts when depts/stores have selected contractors/ suppliers. Support to make payment records when depts/stores can't do it;
- Advise depts/stores on the most reasonable purchase method (if necessary);
- Make reports and perform arising tasks at the request of managers;
- Support and provide documents to the Internal Audit Dept when needing to check the purchasing work.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Education level: University or above
- Economics / Business Administration / Import – Export/ Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 01 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in purchasing equipment, machinery, tools...for the operation of the supermarket. 
- Knowledge of retail field
- Having purchasing knowledge about goods/services related to equipment, machinery, tools, etc. for the operation of the supermarket;
- Have knowledge about purchasing by bidding.
