5+ years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or a Global Business Services (GBS) environment within an international and multicultural setting.
Proven leadership experience with at least 2+ years managing teams, including people management responsibilities.
Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PtP) process knowledge with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools, including SAP, Coupa, Alusta, Power BI, and other automation/reporting solutions; able to thrive in a complex, fast-paced transformation environment.
