Tuyển dụng Proposal Drawing Engineer (Kỹ Sư Thiết Kế Báo Giá) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Prepare Proposal drawing, as per information form customer or Sales.
Study and analyze tender documents from clients, extract and interpret key technical requirements from the tender and convert them into clear internal instructions for the Engineering and Estimation teams.
Support sales engineers in preparing tender submission: Tender forms, Erection methodology, Construction schedules, Fabrication procedures, etc.
Provide technical clarifications and support to the Sales Engineer during customer discussions or negotiations. Ensure all proposals and documents are aligned with relevant international construction standards (e.g., AISC, ASTM, EN, AS, etc.) for design, material and fabrication.
Coordinate closely with the Project Management Department and customers after contract signing to ensure smooth communication and technical consistency.
Follow up on document submittals, material approvals, and revisions during the projects execution stage.
Assist in preparing or verifying payment request documents in coordination with Sales and Accounting teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in steel structure projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Experience in tendering and technical proposal preparation is an advantage.
Good English communication skills, especially in understanding technical documents and working with foreign customers.
