Project Planning Procurement Engineer

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, project plans ..,
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
• Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Understand about the supply chain processing, customs in detail
• Involving to discuss about the machinery equipment for all shops: GA/BODY/PAINT/ Quality
• Supervise the process of manufacturing, installation, commissioning equipment and facilities as well as operation of vehicles
• Oversee the testing and validation of automotive systems and components to ensure their reliability, durability, and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure the smooth production of automotive systems and components, troubleshoot any manufacturing issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinating logistics of equipment & facilities and materials planning
• Developing manufacturing processing.
• EBOM & MBOM coordinator and development.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Proven experience project management and technical engineering for OEM factory
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS project and ERP/SAP systems
• Good at math and statistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities
• University Graduated in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 3 years experiences at least proven experience project management for OEM factory or Technical Engineering in OEM .
