Project Bu Installation Engineer

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, project plans ..,
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
• Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
• Oversee project procurement planning management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Understand about the supply chain processing deeply
• Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies
• Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards
• In charge of utility system operation and maintenance includes HV & LV electrical system, HVAC system, CDA system, fire protection system, cool water system related to utilities
• Assures systems compatibility for control equipment· Determines building requirements including utilities, water, sewer, electrical, hazardous material requirements
• Lead the installation of new production and production support equipment delivering it ready for commissioning phase

• Proven experience project management for factory
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS project and ERP/SAP systems
• Good at math and statistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities
• University Graduated in Mechanical or Electrical or Construction.
• 3 years experiences at least proven experience project management for factory especially for Facility, Utility, Maintenance
