Project Manager (Security Unit)

• Collaborate with departments, stakeholders, and leadership to align project requirements
• Develop the overall project plan and derive detailed coordination plans across teams to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities
• Build structured and comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and cost estimation
• Engage with stakeholders to clearly understand project participation requirements
• Continuously update and report project status, issues, and risks to management, stakeholders, and team members
• Proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks and contribute ideas to improve project quality
• Manage project documentation and ensure timely availability when required
• Monitor and control project progress in accordance with timelines and plans
• Report and allocate resources effectively to ensure on-time project delivery

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience in defining project scope, gathering requirements, risk analysis, and designing security solutions
• Ability to use basic AI tools to support planning, reporting, and process optimization
• Strong understanding of common security solutions such as Firewall, Antivirus, SIEM, and IAM
• Solid knowledge of project implementation processes, planning, and team organization
• Soft skills: ability to read and comprehend English documents, strong documentation skills, communication and leadership abilities, responsibility, and planning/management skills
• PMP certification is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in team or project management is preferred
