Project Manager (Bilingual: Japanese & English)

1. Manage Japanese projects from NPI stage until EOL, including project planning, implementation, control and review with related manufacturing parties.

2. Chair regular project review meetings (PRM, MRM, ERM, QRM) and horizontally manage his/her project team members to deliver total customer satisfaction through quality, cost and delivery.

3. Represents the factory and serves as the major window to communicate with customers to fulfill customers’ orders per CRS (Customer Requested Schedule) and drive material team to resolve material shortages/inventory.

4. Lead his/her team members to manage the project per Manufacturing Service Agreement signed with different terms & conditions.

5. Escalate to his/her PJM Head if seeing risks of customer complaint, quality issue, missing delivery and any important issues.

6. Carry out duties and manage assignments as required by supervisor;

7. To train and reinforce his/her subordinates on safety working processes and practices;

1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in handling Project Management or Sales or Material Management of OEM projects.

3. Good command in Japanese and English, able to communicate in Chinese is a plus.

4. Good command of communication and inter-personal skill.

5. Flexible and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance.

6. Strong leadership & dynamic.
