Tuyển dụng Project Manager | Based in Vietnam

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of exhibitions while supporting the growth of our business across Vietnam and the region.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, government agencies, industry partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality exhibitions that connect businesses and industries. If you enjoy turning ideas into reality, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of exhibition projects.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Design teams to ensure successful execution.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.

- Build strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, government agencies, industry associations, and vendors.

- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.

- Resolve project challenges proactively and maintain smooth project execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in exhibitions, events, marketing, or related industries.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written).

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline.

- Willing to travel within Vietnam and occasionally overseas when required.
