Project Manager

• Lead the project team to ensure successful project delivery and act as the primary person responsible for project delivery. 
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and cost. 
• Handle and manage customer requirements, change requests, and project issues.
• Quickly learn and become familiar with the business domain and customer environment.
• Resolve internal and external conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience: 5 years of project management experience in automotive electronics, software development, or design-related projects 
• Chinese and English can be used as working languages; Japanese or Korean is a plus. 
• Experience in project management within automotive electronics, software development, or design-related projects. 
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong service awareness. 
• Strong comprehension skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions. 
• Project management with strong focus on schedule, risk, quality, cost, and contract management. 
• Effective internal and external communication skills with customers, sales teams, managers, and cross-functional departments. 
• Ability to proactively manage project details and collaborate closely with technical leaders. 
• Strong attention to detail and professional working style. 
• Experience in automotive electronics project management, software project management, or design-related project management.

 PREFERRED: 

• Experience in design project management and OEM-related projects 
• Strong customer communication and requirement management experience 
• PMP or equivalent project management certifications 
• Smart, open-minded, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
