Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation, requirement gathering, planning, execution to handover.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.

• Control change requests and ensure alignment with project goals.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in software/technology companies.

• Experience with CRM, Loyalty platforms, Marketing Automation, SaaS, or Customer Experience systems is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
