Project Manager

- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for assigned projects. Ensure 90% of projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications.

- Track and analyze project KPIs; adjust plans proactively to maintain progress.

- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans with minimal guidance.

- Handle concurrent projects when required, ensuring all are delivered successfully.

- Working directly under the Division Head and supporting the Division Head in managing projects in Hanoi.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent)

- Japanese language fluency (At least equivalent to JLPT N2, Good listening and speaking skills; able to present issues logically during meetings)

- At least 5 years of experience working directly with Japanese customers.

- Technical skills:

+ Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience managing timelines, resources, and quality.

+ Experience in stakeholder management and project reporting.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without compromising quality.

+ Certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is a plus (not mandatory).

+ Experience working on system integration projects or enterprise solution deployment.

+ Familiarity with technology stacks including Dot net/SAP/Service now/Power BI/Data Analyst.

- Soft Skills:

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

+ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

+ Ability to work under pressure and keep teams focused on project goals.
