About the Role

- We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer – Civil & Construction to support the execution of construction and facility improvement projects at our manufacturing site.

- This role focuses on site supervision, technical coordination, contractor coordination, quality inspection, and project execution. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure construction activities meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

- This is an individual contributor role and is well suited for a Civil/Construction Engineer with around 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and construction activities at project sites to ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.

• Monitor construction progress, identify technical or site issues, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.

• Conduct site inspections and verify construction quality and completion of project milestones.

• Review construction drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical documents.

• Review contractors’ Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and related construction documents.

• Support site assessments, design reviews, and technical evaluations for civil and facility projects.

• Ensure construction activities comply with local regulations and Kimberly-Clark Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.

• Promote safe working practices and support a strong safety culture on site.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, inspection records, and construction reports.

• Review and update as-built drawings upon project completion.

• Support project handover, commissioning, and close-out activities.

Project Scope

You will support a variety of civil and construction projects, including:

• Major warehouse expansion / new warehouse construction (~20,000 sqm).

• Site infrastructure upgrades and facility improvement projects.

• Building renovation and roofing replacement.

• Office and meeting room construction.

• Other civil and facility-related projects across the manufacturing site.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in civil/construction engineering.

• Experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, manufacturing, or facility projects is highly preferred.

• Experience in site supervision, construction inspection, technical document review, and contractor coordination.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality requirements, and site safety standards.

• Ability to coordinate multiple site activities and work effectively with contractors and internal teams.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Good command of English.
