Functional objectives

Is responsible for

- Conduct product feasibility studies and propose design concepts based on customer requirements.

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Purchasing, and IE teams to define specifications, costs, and resources.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.

- Coordinate project team activities, communication, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

- Create and maintain CAD drawings, technical documents, and product data in PLM systems.

- Support project documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education and professional knowledge

- University degree in Engineering

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management; preferable PMP Certification.

- Good ability to adapt fast project schedules and rapidly changing business environment.

- Be able to create CAD 2D drawings (can be trained if have no drawing experience)

- Good Digital skills of MS Office, preferably with SAP.

- Good teamwork skills and excellent co-operation, flexibility and negotiation skills.

- Good English written & communication skills.
