Project Engineer

• Engage with international customers to understand their requirements and address any queries related to projects.
• Process technical proposals, purchase orders, and contracts through meetings, emails, or phone calls for international customers.
• Ensure that technical issues, weights, prices, and contracts are up-to-date.
• Source vendors and suppliers in the construction, mechanical industries and building materials sector, both domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure their successful completion.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service while optimizing cost efficiencies.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to the manager.
• Stay informed about new products and features.

• Open to fresh engineering graduates or Project Engineer trainees. Candidates with experience in Constructive project management, sales within construction, mechanical industries, or related fields are also welcome.
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, Acad, technical softwares.
• Capability to work under strict deadlines.
• Well organizational, multitasking skills, customer services.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
