General Accountant - Oversea

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role ,control A/R, A/P, GL, record daily transactions into accounting books.
• Build up full set of accounting control document and Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Review and approve payment vouchers, journal entries, and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and submit all tax declaration
• Responsible for timely monthly, quarterly and year-end of tax fillings and financial statements
• Perform cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls.
• Works with external Auditors during financial and operational Audit.
• Work with tax authorities to explain financial data and finalize tax settlements when audit tax
• Report directly to ,Chief Accountant HO and the board of directors
• Other tasks as assigned by HO Chief Accountant And the board of directors

COMPANY GOVERNANCE

• Manage compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. annual returns, tax returns, etc)

•  Good English communication
•  Personality: Self Motive, dynamic, careful, enthusiastic about work, good communication, good interdepartmental coordination.
•  Degree: University major in Accounting, Auditing
•  Skills: MS office, Xero System
• Preferred at least 1-3 years of related Accounting, Auditing work experience (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction industry)
•  Report to: Chief Accountant in representative and Head Quarter.
