Tuyển dụng Project Development Executive (Real Estate) tại Đà Nẵng

- Identify and source potential land plots and real estate projects that align with the Company’s investment strategy.

- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, business partners, banks, and other relevant parties.

- Conduct site surveys and collect and preliminarily assess information relating to planning, legal status, existing conditions, and transaction terms of potential land plots.

- Conduct preliminary investment feasibility analysis and support the preparation of Pre-FS/FS reports and project development plans.

- Conduct real estate market research, including selling prices, rental rates, competitors, supply, and market trends.

- Participate in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with landowners and business partners.

- Prepare proposals, term sheets, project reports, and other documents for submission to Management.

- Follow up on investment opportunities from the initial sourcing stage through negotiation, signing, and project implementation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Investment, Finance, Law, Construction, Architecture, Urban Planning, Land Management, or other related fields.

• Experience in real estate project development, investment, or real estate business.

• Good understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Da Nang and Central Vietnam.

• Ability to analyze planning regulations, legal matters, and project investment efficiency.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Working proficiency in English; Japanese language ability is an advantage.

Highly preferred

• Candidates with practical experience in sourcing and developing land banks and real estate projects.

• Candidates with a strong network of major landowners, investors, brokers, and business partners in the real estate industry.

• Strong knowledge of land supply, land prices, planning regulations, and real estate market trends in Da Nang.

• Ability to proactively identify, approach, and generate new project opportunities for the Company.
