  • Track mutliple-project progress, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate across Tech Leads, PO/Business teams, BA, QA, DevOps, and Operations
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Escalate major issues to CTO, Managers proactively
  • Organize and follow up project meetings, action items, and delivery reviews
  • Prepare weekly project reports, monthly delivery reports, and project dashboards
  • Support resource planning and workload tracking across teams
  • Ensure visibility and synchronization between business and engineering teams
Your Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Coordination, or Technical Project Management
  • Experience in software projects, fintech/payment/banking systems is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, API/integration projects, and agile/scrum workflow
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with both business and technical teams
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Good English communication skills
